Highly recommend this light when you need to figure out pet stains or any other stains that are hard to see from the naked eye. Used this to determine where my cat marked in the house because of other female cats coming to the house. This was very useful when figuring out where the cat tom spray/urine was. Also, it shows all the nastiness in bathrooms too. Let’s just say..I did a deep clean on the whole house. lol

The Lighting EVER Black Light Flashlight is way more fun than I expected. It’s compact, lightweight, and actually feels durable enough to survive me dropping it a few times (not proud, but true). Finds tomatoe horn worms sooo quickly. I found a dozen in 30 minutes. If you grow tomatoes and you don't have a black light, you're wrong. 10/10 stars. Telling everyone I know who grows tomatoes about this.

This flashlight is quite decent. It's small, sturdy, and feels satisfying to use. The buttons click quite crisply and have nice texture. The flashlight works pretty well, but it struggles if there is any amount of light present that can drown it out. As other people have noted, you have to be quite close for it to be effective since it is a very small light. Outside of that, it's been useful to see stains and find pet accidents. I'd say it's been quite worth the buy, but if I did need a new one I would opt for a slightly more powerful flashlight. This one is good for my needs as is, and I honestly feel that it is well worth the price for its good construction and versatility in use.

Did NOT WORK on cat pee! The first night I tried it. I went around the house for like 1.5 hrs trying to find things that would react to the UV light. There were spots on my carpet that did look a slightly different color, but I figured out that those were places I had used certain cleaners, it was not the pee itself. I shined it in my cat litter box and that didn’t detect anything whatsoever. I thought it might be that it worked better when the pee was, you know, fresh. Luckily I didn’t have to wait very long before my cat peed on the rug again. Huzzah! Found pee in the morning, waited until nightfall to shine a light on it. Zero difference. It’s purple and I can see that it’s a wet spot but it doesn’t fluoresce in any way whatsoever. It’s just like shining a regular flash light on it except purple. And not even a very strong purple. So it’s fine for a black light but not for exciting nighttime cat pee capers. It made my embroidered curtains look kinda cool, while the smell of cat pee still haunts my dining area. Alas.

Fun gift for kids to explore around the house. It keeps them entertain. And for adults is terrible because you see the dust (funny!)

Looks and works great so far. Had some fun scouring the house for dirt and “bodily fluids” hahaha. It did not really detect anything in the bathroom or anywhere else so not sure how accurate that claim is. I’m looking forward to trying it at curing some UV glue that I purchased that only will cure/bond with sunlight or UV light. It did make some funky glow on a few little ornaments that I have that are made of uranium glass which was pretty cool. I’ll have to take it to the markets with me next time I go so I can find genuine glass products easily. I did get a little bit of a headache after half an hour walking around with the torch in the near darkness, but that was explained in the comments from other people’s so maybe – don’t do that! 🤣. All in all it looks like a good product solid made and looks like quite a few torches that I bought in the past except just has UV filter LED globes.

Love this! I got it for seeing fungi in the woods for my job, but it’s also useful to look at my kitchen whilst cleaning as I can then see if I’ve missed something on the kitchen cupboard doors or the floor!

Ik heb altijd een UV lamp willen hebben en ben klein begonnen. Reviews te hebben gelezen heb ik niet veel verwachtingen gehad van dit lampje. Moet overal zeggen dat ik er niet ontevreden over ben, maar het licht mag wel wat sterker. Ik moet echt dicht bij het object zijn om echt goed iets te willen waarnemen. Plas van dieren zul je niet snel zien als het is uitgesmeerd of op een vloerkleed, maar als het echt veel is op laminaat en je schijnt dichtbij is het wel zichtbaar. Voor de rest zijn me geen aparte dingen opgevallen. Ik weet dat je UV niet op huid en ogen mag doen. Toch heb ik het even op mn huid en tanden geprobeerd. Ik zag mijn vullingen, wat ik grappig vond. Daarna begon ik wel wat een branderig gevoel te krijgen, dus ik zou het niet doen. Zeepresten in de badkamer zijn ook goed zichtbaar. Voor dit bedrag is dit wel ongeveer wat ik verwacht van deze UV lamp
