ANCEL BM500 OBD2 Scanner for BMW & MINI, Battery Registration

First of all, the quality and build of this Ancel MT700 motorcycle OBD2 scanner is exceptional. Everything was so easy and simple to set up and navigate. (Just for the record, I work on all of my motorcycle at home). I was able to reset a maintenance light on my brand new 26 Triumph Trident 800 and clear some weird engine codes which came up after bike stalled. If you own a Triumph motorcycle you know this is equivalent of a miracle, lol. In addition, I was able to service the ABS system on the 2023 BMW GSA 1250 by activating ABS module pump (in service mod) with no issues at all. The options and functionality of this tool are astonishing because it can do more tasks than regular folks at home can ever accomplish. I would 1000% recommend this tool for everybody even though it is a bit pricy. If you are an independent mechanic or a certified shop, you need this tool! Well DONE Ancel!!!

Works great for my BMW battery registration. Easy to Navigate by just reading what you want and enter it. I expect to use it for future events to come. Saved me from the dealership.

FANTASTIC!! I got this for my BMW because of a parking brake malfunction notice due to my mechanic not resetting after new brakes. For $100 I can use it whenever I need to and it’s less than one reading by a professional. So worth every penny especially because BMW needs a specific reader.

Works great for my mini some codes you can not delete you must take to dealer but over all very good and worth the money

I have a 2019 Mini Cooper. I installed a new battery and then found out I needed to reset the computer codes. After watching a quick video, I ordered this tool. It literally is a plug in under the dash, hit a few buttons and thats it!!! Took about 2 minutes, and I'm not a mechanic, just a car owner.

I took my car to Firestone to have a parasitic battery test done and after I picked it up and brought it home, I realized all these things were wrong and they didn’t reset anything in the car. What a nightmare., this device is everything it says it is it was a lifesaver

I paid extra for a delivery date. It was to be delivered today bit you all added a comment that delivery was attempted. I am at home, not long was attempted. I want a refund of the shipping fee. You all have done this to me n the past. If I do it get the shipping fee refunded I will close my amazon amount. There are a lot of on line shopping options.

I can see the problem before go to mechanical. It can check BMW and good price.

Does what is says it does for a good price

As an OBD reader it is easy to use. However it does not support BMW special features for the E85 chassis. It was not useful for me so I returned the reader.
