We always have one Can of Eladi on our dining table. It is very good for throat and is a very good mouth freshener too. It stays fresh for long ( for ever in fact) in its satchel.

This works effectively against sore throat and cough. It clears throat if consumed after having oily food which otherwise may lead to sore throat overnight. Expels sputum. I personally feel that it would be better if the sweetness is reduced a bit. Feels good since it is completely Ayurvedic.
