i want to know if this cable has a male ends

They are both female. The T4A connector side is a female end that plugs in to the Shure wireless beltpack transmitter and the other XLR female end plugs in to a XLR signal output such as a mixer or powered speaker output. I use it a lot to run speakers wirelessly on the other end of halls. Its a great hack to extend the use of this system.

I can connect a 98 xlr or xlr pga98 beta?

I've not been able to get a condenser mic to work with this cable and my Shure ULX1 packs (I don't have any 98s). I've not tried with my UR1 or ULXD1 packs. Dynamic mics work fine, however. There is a wireless version of at least one of the 98 variants, so it might work with the XLR version of a 98. Of course, you probably could put an external battery-operated phantom power supply between the transmitter and cable, but that begins to weigh down your wireless rig. The cable is relatively inexpensive, so if it doesn't work with your 98, you could always use it for dynamic mics or line-level sources if you ever need that application, or send it back to Amazon.

Will this work with a beta 91 kick drum mic?

It is 4-pin TA4F to 3-pin XLR (Male) cable only 4ft long. I'd same setting on my bass drum in my church. I put a soft pillow inside the bass drum and put the (Beta 91A) on top of pillow then the male XLR cable hang out from the sound hole (try to avoid XLR cable touch the resident side hack) . This setup are flexible for the drum set move around from the stage when the drum on the wheel-platform.

Would this work with stereo headphones?

It is for using an xlr mic to a mini xlr input so no. Sorry
