Fresh spice. Nice for coloring food and has a mild, earthy flavor. Minor complaint: be careful using it. It's easy to spill some from the supplied bag. Annatto stains. If you pour it into a shaker container, do it in a sink, just in case.

I love Spice Way products. I decided to try this since I ran out of achiote oil. I used this to make my own and it turned out perfect! The freshness was great. There was a great amount in the package and it was easy to open and seal. Tip; if you need to make achoite oil because you ran out, use this!!!
