No. You use this stuff with a buffing wheel, even with fine compound you may buff thru the plating. Take a few minutes and use the google search for several professional suggestions..

Is this good for sharpening knife? What grit number maps super fine, fine and medium? I mean the grit number like 150, 220, etc

It's a buffing/polishing compound, not a course stone. It's used on a buffing wheel to polish metals, it's like a clay almost. You would want a sharpening stone for knives.

will it work well to polish epoxy?

It can. but stick compound is used with a buffer wheel and will likely produce heat, which may soften the glue and prevent a gloss shine.

Can I use to buff out minor scratches on clear glass tabletops and glass stove tops

Haven’t used these on glass before, but I have buffed, and mirror polished steel, and aluminum. Glass might be too hard for these compounds to cut.
