I love this 5 Spice! I use it in my saulted cabbage, lo mein, and my homemade egg rolls. I love the spices combined togetherI. The spices taste very fresh and aromatic! It's so good! I was very pleased to find it at this price for this size. I do recommend this 5 Spice!

Choosing the right five star spice is not an easy task and there's so many different variations in the ingredients. This one does list a nice blend of ingredients, although I'd like to see a little less cinnamon in it. My bottle arrived with a excellent use by day and was exceptionally fresh and tremendously flavorful. I use a fairly generous amount each time I cook with it, and even though I've used it quite a few times it doesn't even look like the level is gone down LOL so this will be around for a while. Good value, good price, good product. Probably one of the best ones out there in the General marketplace.

Just getting started with this spice mix. It looks great in the almost overfilled bottle. Very well packed. I have had supplies from Frontier coop for many years and anticipate a good spice.

They smelled really good, but I didn’t find it super flavorful. It also didn’t have a very strong taste. Was a little bit caked in texture, so I’m not sure if I just received an old bottle. I will not order this again from frontier co-op anyway.

Best buy of five spice and a good change of recipe in my cooking. If you use the spice in Chinese recipe it will come as the recipe say and it’s really delicious but honestly taste different because i am use with arabic spice and normal mix spice so this is really new type of mix for me and it was good in my chicken breast recipe that i make for my diet.

The aroma is strong and true to traditional five spice. Used it for braised pork and the result was excellent. The 1.92 oz size is ideal for home use before it loses freshness. Will reorder.
