I have both, but I prefer the original cord. **Q: Would it be better to purchase the 20v battery and al300 charger to gain improved performance?** A: I am sorry I had to return it as it had been unpacked by previous buyer and pieces were missing **Q: Does this have a shoulder strap or any way of holding it? like a harness? or even a hood so i could use one? worried about holding the weight for any** A: No it doesn’t come with a strap or harness. It doesn’t weigh very much so is ideal for small strimming jobs. **Q: How long can it be operated for before battery needs recharging** A: about 40 mins. We bought a spare battery to have on charge while using the other one, so that we can always have a charged battery in operation. ## Frequently Bought Together - Stihl FSA 57 Compact Battery Brush Cutter Set with AK 10 Battery with AL 101 Charger - Stihl AK 10 battery, 36.00 V - STIHL HSA 56 Cordless Hedge Trimmer Set with Battery and Charger --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/215873927-stihl-fsa-57-compact-battery-brush-cutter-set-with-ak](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/215873927-stihl-fsa-57-compact-battery-brush-cutter-set-with-ak) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
