Practical adapter at a great price with fast shipping
The perfect adapter to hook up our store register printer, barcode scanner, and label printer to our new Mac desktops. So easy to use - we bought a second one. Fast shipping. So much cheaper than Best Buy :)

Works great
Works great, provides more ports to my system for whenever I need to connect more stuff, and it's high speed enough that I can use it for flash drives.

High quality hub
I now own three of these hubs and keep repurchasing and recommending them without hesitation. The build quality is excellent, they work reliably, and they are not bulky or awkward to use. They are a perfect solution if, like me, you had not replaced your MacBook in close to a decade and still rely heavily on non USB C peripherals. This adapter makes the transition painless without forcing you to replace perfectly good devices. Consistently solid performance and very well designed.

Note the USB 3.0 limitation of this hub
It's an affordable USB-C to 4x USB 3.0 hub. But that's it. Note the "3.0". The description says "Thunderbolt 3/4 compatible," but that has nothing to do with the construction of this hub; it's part of the T3 & T4 specs that they are *downward* compatible with USB 3.0. USB 3.0 supports 5 Gbps data speed, while T3 and T4 support up to 40 Gbps. Some reviewers praise the "T3/T4 compatibility" as making this hub "future-proof," but note that if you use this hub with, say, a T3 or T4 laptop and a USB 3.2 storage device, you will only get half or a quarter of the speed the attached device is capable of (10 Gbps for 3.2 gen 1, 20 Gbps for gen 2). If you want to interface with modern storage, look for a hub with USB 3.2 gen 1 or gen 2 compatibility. That said, for basic USB 3 connections that don't require high speed, this works fine.

NOT recommended for charging, only for data transfer.
I upgraded my iMac 21" to the cheapest available iMac 24" M1. I made the assumption that it would have 2 USB and 2 USB-C ports like the more expensive iMac 24" M1. When I set it up at home, I was dismayed to find it only had 2 USB-C ports because I don't have any devices that use a USB-C port. There seems to be hundred of USB-C multi-adapters for sale on Amazon for $100+ to less than $15. Since I only needed USB 3.0 ports, the UNI is one of the few hubs that have FOUR (4) USB 3.0. ports. Other similar ones have HDMI, Ethernet, Memory Card Reader and only two (2) USB 3.0 ports. All I wanted was USB 3.0 ports and this one gave me the most with the least $$$. I purchased the cheapest one so I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The metal case and quality looks and feels top-notch. UNI recommends the USB 3.0 ports NOT be used for charging devices like cell phone, Kindle, MP3 player, etc. For charging, the recommendation is to use an AC charger. There are some more expensive USB-C hubs that have a "USB 3.0 with BC 1.2 Fast Charging" port if you need to charge your devices through your computer. After getting the UNI and connecting my Brothers laser printer and Epson scanner via USB 3.0 to my iMac, I discovered that my new iMac no longer supports my Brother printer and Epson scanner. They both became useless "bricks" so that I no longer need FOUR (4) USB 3.0 ports. I only need ONE.

No More Disconnects! My USB-C Hub Lifesaver!
If you've got a MacBook (especially one with those slightly recessed USB-C ports where things just love to pop out), you NEED to hear about this "uni USB C to USB Hub Multiport Adapter." Seriously, it's been a lifesaver for me! My MacBook has this annoying thing where the USB-C plugs don't sit quite right, and my mouse or external hard drive would constantly disconnect. It was so frustrating! But ever since I got this uni hub, that problem is totally gone. It plugs in securely, and now all my peripherals stay connected without any drama. It's made using my laptop so much easier and less annoying. This little hub is super straightforward – you just plug it into one of your USB-C ports, and suddenly you have four regular USB ports. No weird drivers or software needed, which is awesome. I've used it for my mouse, keyboard, and even transferring files from a flash drive, and it works perfectly. It's really fast too, which is great for moving big files around. I also like that it's made with an aluminum shell and a braided cable; it feels really well-made and durable, not flimsy at all. Plus, it's small and lightweight, so it's easy to toss in my bag when I'm on the go. If you're dealing with a similar connection struggle or just need more USB ports for your USB-C laptop, I honestly can't recommend this hub enough. It's a simple solution that makes a big difference!

Stylish & Sturdy USB C Hub
I recently purchased the uni USB C Hub USB 3.0 Slim for my M1 MacBook Pro, and I'm absolutely thrilled with its performance. As someone who regularly uses a variety of accessories such as my keyboard, mouse, and headset, this hub has made my life so much easier. One of the things I love about this hub is how slim and compact it is. It's small enough to fit in my pocket, and I can easily take it with me wherever I go. Despite its small size, it's incredibly sturdy and well-made, which gives me confidence that it will last for a long time. Another thing I love about this hub is how stylish it looks. The aluminum finish gives it a sleek, modern look that perfectly complements my MacBook Pro. Overall, I would highly recommend the uni USB C Hub USB 3.0 Slim to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish hub for their MacBook Pro. It's made my life so much easier, and I can't imagine going back to using separate dongles for each of my accessories.

Uni-USB-Hub: Ein qualitativ hochwertiges Produkt
