Does this work with an elgato hd60s?

I’m not sure but can’t see no reason why not, all it does is convert the Xbox component signal to hdmi, I can’t see no reason why it shouldn’t work with it tho.

Does this work with 4K TV's?

Definitely that's what's it's made for...for people who have no composite...& new 4k tvs don't

My xbox is coneected with cheapish componants looks shicking will this be better the graphics are bad blocky very sharp straight lines are jagged etc

I had an xbox original. I didn’t plug it in to my modern TV until I bought this. When I did it worked perfectly fine in my modern TV. If it's an original xbox it should fix your problem.

Using LG monitor hdmi and getting out of range message help ?

Some monitors may not support the xbox's frequency in PAL zones 50hz. You would need an alternate screen to set the Xbox to 60hz and then try the converter again. I had a similar issue with my LG TV.
