A lot of experienced water cooling builders have their own methods based on experience but if you’re starting off, the tools included really help you learn. My first bends came out amazing thanks to this set. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Recommend Using a Different Hardline Bending Toolkit *by J***. on February 10, 2024* I want to start off by saying my rating is likely due to this being my first time setting up water cooling, working with bending pipe, and the frustration that comes with it. To start off, the cutting jig was made of plastic. I would assume it's primary purpose alongside holding the pipe is to ensure you're sawing straight. It was very easy to saw into/shave off the cutting jig's material without noticing. The tightening screws were sharp enough to leave marks on the hardline due to being metal. Next, the bending mandrel is also plastic, so it didn't seem optimal with using a heat gun anywhere near it. Whilst being careful heating the pipe, it had melted. It was also not useful if you planned to do more than one angle on the same pipe. I didn't have any issue with the saw or deburring tool, but at this point, half the bundled goods were useless.
