Brilliant just what I was looking for. I don't have dementia but I do forget what day and date is.I brought two one for my front room and for my kitchen.Very easy to use. Just plug into the electric and the clock is ready to use. It sets tge time automatically for you which is great. The clock itself is set to 12 hour clock but for me personally I prefer 24 hours which is easy to to change in the settings.I love all the different colours you can have have the clock my favourite is green. The clock dosnt auto dim or mine hasn't yet but I did set mine up after 7pm when I believe it dos dim the clock automatically.I like the fact you can set reminders to take medan drink water etc.Has a lot of different functions and the remote control is super easy to use.This clock is the only one I could find with a remote control. Definitely worth the extra money. The display is 7 inch. Plenty bigger enough to see the time date day etc.You can also use it as a photo frame and you can put custom reminders in. Like Doctors on Monday at 11 20am etc.You will need to buy a flash drive if you want to use it as a photo frame.The manual is a nice size and very easy to read. Not a small manual like you get nowadays.For me it's definitely worth the money especially as it has a remote control.Great value for money and is better than the other clocks like this in my opinion.

Great clock that's really easy to read, the bright colours that each section has is perfect when reading the different times/ days etc. The time changes automatically when the clocks go back so no further confusion. Well worth the money.

Don’t call it a dementia clock !?!My dad loves the clock and how easy it is to see the day of the week as well as the date. The clock has stopped him asking me every day what day it is and he then feels unable to remember simple things. He has only recently started to become very forgetful and anything I can do to make him feel able to cope on his own really helps.I set the clock up and left it on his mantle without him knowing about it as I wanted him to decide whether he liked it or not and if it would be helpful. He phoned me in the afternoon to tell me how he thought it was great and so easy to see. There are lots of colours and different fonts and clock faces to choose from. You can also put in a SD Card with your own photos that can be displayed at the same time.

We bought this for an elderly relative and it has been a real blessing. The large clear display shows the day, date and time in an easy to read format and the sun and moon icons help with day and night orientation. Setting up the reminders was straightforward with the remote and the automatic daylight saving is very useful. It has given us real peace of mind and our relative finds it genuinely helpful.

I bought this for my mum who has dementia. Package came securely packed with easy to use instructions. Excellent product with numerous display options. Photos attached to this review show reflections on the screen but does not look like it on the actual display. Has daylight saving function so no need to change times as it does this automatically. Comes with charging lead and UK 3 pin plug. Excellent product.

This was a Eureka moment. I have tried many devices to help my mother with increasing dementia. This is the triple A 5* product. It has everything you can imagine that is needed to enhance living from a to z. Particularly, the large print leaflet was a bonus. The 10" screen size is just right to see from a distance. The product is very good value for money. Honestly if I had to design an product to meet the needs this caters for, I'd have fallen far short, this is so comprehensive! Am delighted and words fail me to express just how much it has enabled my mother to prioritise her life through alarms, visibility and ease of operation through the smplified remote control. My mother, though forgetful, has managed her meds, appts, etc. effectively. At the time when reminded my mother does what it says on the dial but 5 minutes later can't remember. Thank you! Thank you! What I love about this digital wall clock is that, My mom sometimes forgets what day it is. This clock announces the time and day and date in Spanish for her every mourning . She loves it when it helps remind her that she has a doctors appointment coming up or a medicine reminder or even a favorite tv show she likes . If you have an elderly parent who's in need of a little help in the reminding them. This clock will help them out a lot with out embarrassing them. They will however need your help in setting up at first with the date/time/alarms/reminders and so forth. Comes with a batterie in case of a power outage. IT'S A MUST BUY THEY WILL LOVE IT and you as well. good luck...

Lo puse en mi vestidos, colgado a lado de mi tocador para ver la hora, saber que día. Me permite tener conciencia del tiempo y planear mi día, además con las alarmas recuerdo darle a mi perro, empezar a cocinar y recoger a mi hija y más.

The # and flexibility of the alarms is great. The 3 additional personalisable alarms add even greater flexibility. I didn't create a FOLDER for the personable alarms, so I'm not sure if that's why the first time I tried to add an alarm it didn't work. Had I created the FOLDER it may have worked, however another comment suggested asking the supplier for a firmware update. The supplier responded in about 1/2 hr to my request. The update was simple, just copy the file to a blank USB stick, plug it into the clock, a minute or so later, done. Then reset the time and date on the clock. I then deleted the updater from the USB, made an "alarm01" FOLDER added my jpeg and mp3 to the FOLDER, plugged the USB into the clock and as they say Bob's you're uncle! I couldn't be happier with this clock.
