I have been taking these vitamins for several years now and can consistently confirm the positive effects. The most noticeable benefit for me is the energy boost—they tend to give me more energy throughout the day. Given the long-term positive results, they are definitely a good value for the money spent on my overall wellness routine. A reliable supplement that delivers consistent results!

I have been taking these vitamins for about a year now and will continue to as long as possible! I have subscribed to a monthly subscription and have a bottle at home and at work. These are the best vitamin supplement pills on the market in my opinion. Just compare the ingredients with Centrum (which contains GMO). I love the way the make me feel and haven't gotten sick in more than a year while taking this supplement! This product is GMO-free and does not contain preservatives or colorings. Make sure you check with your doctor before taking this supplement, as it can interfere with certain medications. Medications are usually just treating the symptoms of malnutrition and poor exercise. Most people don't get their recommended daily value of nutrients, which causes all kinds of health problems. How I take these multi-vitamins: Eat some of my meal. Drink the tablet with liquid. Continue eating my meal. I find that if I take the tablet after my meal (without eating anything else), I can feel it at the base of my esophagus, no matter how much liquid I drink. So make sure you at least save the last bite to "wash down" this tablet and to also help get rid of the, at first, unpleasant after-taste. To be honest, I have come to actually enjoy the smell and taste of this product. These tablets will make you urinate a few hours after your meal, this is normal. Your urine will be darker or more vibrant than usual. This is due to the excess water-soluble nutrients that your body does not need.

So I do things a little differently than others here - in the morning with breakfast I take an Alive ultra men's multi 50+, which requires 1 per day, then at night with dinner I take one of these, not the 3 as suggested, this way I make sure my body has a steady supply of vitamins, not just one large shot, and I'm not overloaded with more than I need. As a vegetarian, I know my diet lacks in certain areas, so this helps fill in the gaps. I do feel a difference in my day when I skip this regimen. But of course that's just me.

Alive Men's Max Potency is the best multivitamin I've tried; & I've taken more than a handful of multi's over the last 15+ years. It's the only multivitamin that I can remember actually being able to Feel a difference. I definitely feel more energetic, more functional when I take these. And I noticed it from the 1st day! Lots of vitamins make claims about percentages, levels, and amounts of key nutrients and minerals they provide your body; but I could never tell a difference in how I felt. How else do you really know if it's working? What originally drew me in was the 'Whole Food Energizer' aspect, as opposed to the lab-created chemically concocted cocktail of things I can't pronounce I'd heard about in other vitamins. Then I read the DV percentages of the major vitamins in Alive, and they were through the roof. I also love how they've grouped all the whole food ingredients according to their benefit; like "Energy & Endurance Blend" and "Cardio Blend"; so you know what's effecting what. All in all it's a great multi that get's results and actually validates it's name- It makes you feel Alive!

My eye doctor told me I need to eat more leafy greens. I started taking these vitamins. I did not eat more greens. Later my eye doctor told me keep doing what you are doing. This was the only change I made.

I like them so far. I feel like it doesn’t overload you with stuff like others can. I’ll see how it goes.

I love this vitamin, found it on Amazon and been taking it since 2011, it is the most complete multi I've ever seen the only thing it doesn't have is probiotics and amino acid complex. I rarely ever see a multi that has enzymes and that is one thing I love, I wished they would include phytase in this and consider changing a few ingredients to slightly better forms of the vitamin or mineral to a more bioavailable source, however other than that it is the best vitamin I have seen for the price, I've tried $1 vitamins I found at the dollar store to $80 organic vitamins that only last 10 days. This is the most complete and best bang for the buck I've seen on the market, however I wouldn't say that is the case so much for their other lines like the energy versions. Still great products, I have tried many of Nature's way products they always provide quality for an affordable price. I would recommend this. As far as cons go, I occasionally get a bottle that has a real "green" veggie vitamin smell that fills the room when I open the bottle, but that is subject bottle to bottle, I have also gotten a few that had their protective coatings breaking/flaking off the tablet not sure if due to shipping, temperature or what, however I took them anyway. I have been considering signing up for a subscribe and save for this product due to how fast you can go through them, still worth the money for what it is, especially when one has a poor diet.
