Can’t mix Power Delivery and SuperSpeed

When my Mac laptop’s power brick was plugged into the switch, the data connection downgraded to 2.0 and couldn’t pass a hi-res webcam signal to the laptop. When the brick was plugged directly into the laptop, the video stream from the switch worked fine.A few times a day the HDMI out to the monitor goes black for a second, but otherwise it works fine.
