Really helped my heal pain when no others did. Kind of want to buy another pair, but these are easy to switch in and out.

I was having some pain on the bottom of my foot in the heel area. My chiropractor recommended doing the Dr. Scholl’s fitting and getting my number for the proper insoles. I did the test to figure out my foot type and got these insoles.The insoles are firm (which seemed counterintuitive), but ended up being exactly what I needed. I had been trying insoles and different padding in my shoes thinking that more cushioning was the way to go. Those other insoles and padding were not effective in reducing the pain in my foot.These insoles have greatly reduced the pain in my foot. In addition, I got some Thorlo maximum cushion running socks. The insoles and socks have been a nice combination for adding the needed arch support that I need and also adding some cushion for when I do a lot of walking.Note: the custom insoles are pricey, but can be worth the money as long as you get the right number. It is important to test to find out you foot arch type and to do the custom fit assessment.

It is REALLY important you get these sized on one of Scholl's machines before buying them, but once you have the right one you can go years with no issues. The people who said it made it worse probably didn't bother to search local stores for the scholl sizing machine first.I developed HORRIBLE plantar fasciitis as a result of wearing shoes with no arch support at a job that involved standing most of the day (teaching). I as a kid always had really high arches and now in my 50's I found they'd flattened. A friend of mine is a foot doctor and he said this was the cause of the pain, and I could either come in and he'd custom make supports for me which would run around $600 or I could go find one of the Scholl things you stand on to get measured for their "custom fit" inserts, which he said were just as good and WAY cheaper. SO I did that, got sized, and have purchased them online ever since from whomever has the best price at the time, which often but not always is Amazon (never pay more than $52 for these).Starting out, it was a bit uncomfortable, because it felt like a branch or a ball or something was under the instep of my foot .... after about a month of wearing them daily I'd wake up with HORRIBLE pains in my feet... following my Dr. Friend's instructions, I did that thing you see ballet dancers do where they stretch their feet by pressing the back of their toes to the floor to curve the foot and press out the foot bones ... and I started to hear joints popping as the little bones in the foot began to move back into proper alignment ... that phase lasted like a month...Ever since then, my feet are FINE, all the painful walking GONE ... Per his instructions I continue to keep these in my day to day shoes... although I can go without as long as it's not a daily thing.... if I neglect wearing them I find the feet start to flatten out again... I find 1 pair can last about a full year of daily walking before they start to fall apart... and they provide enough arch support that my feet have never flattened again.

These have been great for me, I buy a new pair every year due to my line of work. I gave it 4 stars because I got a set that was not the same quality as normal. I returned it and the next batch was good. Definitely keep an eye on poor craftsmanship, otherwise really good.

Great inserts. I used their questions to determine which one was best for me. Now all my shoes have these inserts!

I've used these Orthotics for years. They work well for me and I highly recommend them.

This is my second pair (the first was bought at the Wal-Mart where they had the machine). What a great product, especially since you don't have to pay a doctor to get them if you can find one of the machines that tells you which one to use.Pricey inserts make me nervous and I resisted considering them for a long time. Then my friend told me she knew people who swore by these, and I risked the $50. For me, they turned out to be well worth the expense.Some of the nerve-related issues I was experiencing went away as soon as I started using them. Other issues (I've got a lot of feet issues right now) improved noticeably. I think I've got plantar fasciitis, and the inserts make it easier to deal with.They don't last forever, though, and I started noticing issues recently about six months after the original purchase, which is why I bought this pair. Wore them today for the first time, and it was like walking on clouds again.I threw the old pair in the washer with the rest of my laundry (no special treatment) and air-dried them, and stuck them in my house-slippers. Seems like a good way to get a little more life out of them! They washed well and now I have a bit more support when I'm wandering around the house.I recommend budgeting to replace them about every six months or so. I haven't tried other inserts but I probably won't since these work for me.

These are the only inserts I have used that work for me . I have a high arch and get knee pain when I do not have a good orthotics .I have been using these for years . I only wish they made this one in a full length !

Il faut prendre le temps de s adapter avec les semelles,les mettre petit à petit puis plus longtemps et après on ne les quitte plus car ça soulage bien pour certaines douleurs.

I have recently been to the doctor as I have been suffering with sore feet. Mostly around the top and sides of them and if I sit down too long and get up to walk it's painful. The doctor said I over pronate on walking (feet turn inward at the arch) which is causing the pain as my arches are weak. I have been wearing high heels since I was 14 and for the last couple of years have taken to wearing more flatter shoes. Mostly due to my age and the menopause :(These insoles were bought on the doctors advice and they have been absolutely brilliant! It takes a while to get used to wearing them because the lumpy bit sits right underneath the arch of my foot which feels like walking on uneven ground like walking on stony beaches but they do the job. No pain, no discomfort, no seizing when sitting down for too long then getting up to walk. I take a size 7, you can cut them down to size accordingly and they fit most of my shoes and boots, your foot sits a little higher with them in but you soon get used to that feeling. Definitely recommend! 👌

I have been buying these for many years. They last for comfort and truly love them. Prices have really jumped on them, starting g to look for better pricing. But for most part they are great comfort to people who stand a lot at work.
