These name brands are the best over the counter supports I could find.

Anybody tried these in dress shoes?

I've tried them in almost every shoes I've worn over the last few years. There are very few instances where they don't work. The shoe must be unavoidably constricted to make these unworkable. If you've got laces or flexibility in the shoe build, these should work.
