What is the difference between the adult and children's versions?

There is no difference. The formula and the amount dispensed per spray are identical. They just slapped a "Children's" label on the front of the package to make parents more likely to notice and buy it for their children. It's all marketing smoke and mirrors. Flonase Sensimist is verified to be safe for children, but with only one spray per nostril instead of two for adults.
