Will this release cement from silicone molds?

yes this pretty much give your molding piece barrier free with a thing coating. Shouldn't be a problem with cement. However being in construction myself, if you are casting cement, you can easily wipe your mold down with some type of oil on a rag and that will release your piece as well and considerably cheaper. All you would need to do is "give it a bath" when done casting to get any residue off before finishing your project.

can it be used with lead molds ?

I would not. does not work well in silicone molds. Will never buy again
