I ordered the small size for my cat; he’s quite a big boy for being 10 months old, so I got the small in anticipation of him growing, but honestly, I may have underestimated the size I need. 😂 Regardless, it actually still fits quite well. I’m able to tighten the neck part up enough that it fits without him being able to slip either of his first legs into. It’s quite loose around his torso, however, though I’m hoping he grows into it a bit more. The sizing is definitely buyer error, so don’t think it being loose is a bad thing! All in all, I do believe a small will be a good size for him, but buyers getting this for a cat, please keep in mind that the small may be bigger than you expect! XSmall may be the way for you to go, especially if you have a smaller cat. Freyr (my cat) didn’t hate the harness, when I first put it on him. It’s his first harness, and despite not going about introducing the harness to him in the appropriate fashion, he let me put it on him, albeit with a bit of resistance. If this is your first harness for a cat, I highly recommend you look up a tutorial for harness training your cat!! I jumped right into it because Freyr has a very relaxed and playful personality. He thought I was playing with him at first, so I didn’t have much troubles getting it on him. Straight out of the package, the neck loop was far too loose and he quickly got one leg through it, but thankfully there is a clip on the neck part for easy removal. I tightened it up, and was able to get it to the perfect size for his neck. He’ll take some time to get used to the harness. I only made him wear it the first time for 15 minutes, but it fit him well, even for being a little bit on the big side. He didn’t seem uncomfortable in it at all, only a little awkward as he’s not used to wearing it. The material of the harness feels nice, and it feels sturdy. There’s two clips on the back and one clip on the front, making removing it very easy, even when Freyr flops over onto his side after giving up trying to walk with it on. Over all, I’m very happy with this purchase so far!! If I remember, I’ll update this once Freyr is used to the harness and I’ve started to walk him.

They carry these on Chewy also however it’s so much easier to purchase it on Amazon and the price I believe is almost the same. They’re excellent dog harnesses. I’ve had 10 dogs and this is by far the best one I’ve ever found. They’re very safe and you’re not have to worry about your dog getting out of it if it’s fitted properly.

Have tested for a month and determined this is a great harness for a cat, though has a few minor design flaws that could be improved. First, intentionally bought and love that there is a clip both on neck and stomach girth. This makes it super easy to put on and adjust - especially for cats it's important to adjust well as they can easily "back out" of harnesses if too lose. Very easy to adjust the length of straps which good range of flexibility. Cons: the buckles seem a little weak on the XS size and you need to line them up perfectly to get them to snap properly. So far, it's fine but something to watch if your cat/dog pulls or is very energetic on leash. When buckled the buckles also move a tiny bit in their snaps - enough to make small audible rattle sound - better designed ones do not. Also, I wish they tweaked the XS design more for cats and had the length of the back be just a hair longer - even half inch to an inch would make a big difference. When wearing if she crouches in classic cat style, the straps behind her elbows seem a little tight. Lastly, you can't use the D rings together (leash snapped on both at same time) as they are too far apart. Maybe this was intentional and one is intended for ID tags other for leash? But should be more clear in description. Overall fits well, both me and my cat appreciate the "lightweight" design that still seems fairly secure and comfortable. The chest/breast mesh is great if your cat/dog pulls to distribute pressure, without being too bulky. I previously used a "vest" style harness, and my cat was crouching and slinking a lot, unfamiliar with the sensation of something on her. This harness she's accepted much more quickly since it doesn't feel as heavy or restrictive. Beautiful colors.

Seriously easy to use. I love that it's a step-in, so no more fumbling over my pup's head. The mesh is breathable and comfy for my little Chihuahua, even when it’s hot outside. Super secure, great fit, and he seems much happier on walks. If you want a quick, easy harness, this is the one!

This is a good basic dog harness. It works great. This is the second one of these I've ordered. Don't see any reason to change!

So, first off, it’s super cute and it fits our 3-4 month old puppy. It’s also easy to put on and take off. Now here’s the deal. I get that it’s an incredibly affordable harness and it will work for a few weeks while she grows, but what the sizing description says in one of the image is inaccurate. I measured her and she fits in it because she is 12” around the neck and 16” around her chest, but what I thought I ordered was going to be up to 13” neck and 18” chest. The sizing on the actual product is up to 12” around the neck which means she’ll outgrow this in about a week instead of a month or so. The product also doesn’t have a weight suggestion so I don’t know at what point to go up a size. The weight suggestion, from what I understand, means that once the dog goes past that weight, there’s less reliability on the stitching/clips to hold the dog. If the product description had the actual measurements from the actual product, I would have known to start at the medium instead of the small given it will be her size in a week or two. I was looking forward to having a brand that actually has overlap in inches between sizes (even if only an inch) so I’d have time to purchase the new harness while the old one still fits.

I really like this harness for my Chihuahua it fits great and last a long time. It's easy to adjust and comfortable for my fur baby. I would highly recommend this harness.

The size is accurate and the quality is good.

I have two kittens who hated the previous harnesses I bought for them - ones that I needed to fit over their heads. They sit perfectly still while I put these harnesses on, and from the first day have run and rumbled freely and comfortably in them, happily wearing them all day. My boys don’t have “standard” body dimensions. They have small heads and necks and large bodies. Their measurements do not match the sizing of any harness I have seen. The beauty of this harness is that I could expand the chest measurement to maximum (sized to fit) and reduce the neck to minimum - then easily tighten it further by wiring together the loops of the two neck straps. Difficult to explain, but bottom line is I was able to easily modify the neck size beyond its design to meet my needs.

This harness is great. It fits very well, and is easy to put on. Our dog stands still for it, which he never did for a regular collar and leash. Walk time = way too exciting 😜 It was recommended that we switch our dog to a harness after dental surgery. The vet cautioned against anything that would pull on his head or neck. So far, so go good, He walks in a more controlled manner now, with far less pulling. We will definitely repurchase.
