Wonderful machine
Okay, so this review is long overdue. I bought this beautiful machine in December of 24 as a Christmas for myself from my husband and I actually had surgery on Tuesday and that may seem irrelevant but stay with me. On Tuesday of this week 07/14/26 is when my baby decided to start smelling like something was burning and would not turn on. I was devastated 💔. So we pulled out our old single cup, wait a half hour to heat up water, back up and used it until Thursday. Went looking for a replacement, this machine had went up in price by over 50 bucks so I'm not liking the situation already. I found a video on how to fix the problem. The thermostat overheated due to the water tank being off kilter. So the warranty is void anyway, I popped the case off and reset the thermostat with a paper clip, and the machine works perfectly. This is a common issue with this machine apparently. So if this happens don't throw your treasure away, please find the video and try to save your beloved machine.

Best Cup of Coffee
I upgraded my previous Keurig coffee maker that I bought in 2013. It was worth the upgrade. I like how easy this machine is to use. Easy setup: Right out of the box there was little that needed to be done. Just remove factory tape, plug it in and run a single water only cycle and good to go. Taste: I use a quality coffee. I played with the "strong" button and that was one of the best cups of coffee I've had. Speed: Hot water on demand. This machine heats the water right before it hits the pod. There is no internal reservoir the water is first pumped into to heat first. This means the speed of use is much faster. My previous unit had this and it took a bit longer to get that first cup. Because there is no internal reservoir there is less places for scaling to take place. Using filtered water also reduces this buildup. Extraction: This unit is cooler than some other units and extracts at 192 with a final cup temp of about 165. This is less than coffee enthusiasts recommend. I taste no difference as my coffee still had a rich and bold flavor. For someone who enjoys coffee without all the fine tuning this works great. Ascetically pleasing: I love how small this unit is and how it looks on the counter. It doesn't have a LCD readout with the time or a way to auto set for an automatic cup. The hot water on demand eliminates this need. Just turn it on and you have a cup in maybe a minute. Also, without an LCD display, less to break. Clean up: The area that the pod is inserted in is not concave as my previous unit was. It can be easily wiped clean. My previous unit could get a buildup of crud around the pod area. That can't happen with this unit. Descaling setting: While I've not used it yet, I like that it has a descaling setting when I do clean out my machine. My previous didn't have this and it took longer to run cycles. Cons: Factory taste!! My first two cups of coffee tasted like crap. I assumed this was because it was still getting the factory taste out of the unit. On the 3rd attempt I used the "strong" button and wow I tasted a difference. I'm also using zero water for my coffee. Overall if you want a "no thrills" machine that makes coffee fast and very well then I recommend this product.

It's pretty good but it's not a K-Supreme Plus
I love espresso, but I love drip coffee too. In fact, I was an early adopter of Keurig and I've had both the residential and commercial brewers. The truth is I kind of got away from Keurig for awhile because I went on my espresso journey. Well, I'm back and I decided to get a new Keurig. First, I bought the Keurig K-Express because it was slim and cheap. It was good, rather minimalist and I liked that, but after awhile I realized I would like a smaller 6 oz cup. I found the 8 oz (the smallest size of the K-Express) too weak. I decided to upgrade and I was deciding between the K-Elite and the newer K-Supreme. The reason I was considering the the K-Elite because of it's tried and true design, and it has even more brew size settings, and larger water tank. It also gives you strength and temperature control, something the K-Supreme Gen 1 doesn't. In the end I settled on the K-Supreme and bought it because it was a better deal and it has the multi-stream tech. I got my K-Supreme and made a cup. Loved it right away, but then I was browsing around and was a little disappointed when I realized I didn't buy the top of the line residential model. That was my intention. There's a K-Supreme Plus! That's the machine I should have bought, although, it wasn't on sale. The K-Supreme Plus has all of the features of the regular Supreme, but also has all of the extra features of the former top machine, the K-Elite (Temp controls, Strength controls, Individual Profiles, Larger water tank, etc). As far as this K-Supreme machine, the only concerns I have is is super light in weight, and if you read the negative reviews, doesn't have a stellar reliability record. A lot of people complaining about clogged needles. It doesn't feel like substantial machine that's built for the long haul, super plasticky. I can understand why people feel that Keurig quality is slipping in the new machines compared to earlier models. The main issue I have now is I'll always be feeling like I'm missing out, I don't have the best Keurig. The extra features of the Supreme Plus are worth it in my opinion. That said, if you don't care about all of the extra features I mentioned, the K-Supreme Gen 1 will be fine. (There is a Gen 2 K-Supreme that corrects a lot of what's wrong with Gen 1, and that's why Keurig is heavily discounting it, to clear them out.) The bottom line, it's an upgrade over my K-Express, for sure, but I wish I would have bought the fancier K-Supreme Plus. That's just me.

Great coffee maker so far upgrade over previous generations
OK so this review is an overall review of not just the product but Amazon as well. I have had this machine around 3 months now. The machine itself is amazing. The ease of use from the previous generation one is night and day. Things i like: The handle on the water reservoir.. finally.. LoL. The reservoir plastic is also thicker and more durable. My previous model reservoir was thinner plastic and cracked and it was also curved. This machine's water container is rectangular so more solid. That in itself makes this machine worth it. This machine makes hotter coffee and the over ice feature is nice. I love the grey color. What i dont like: Lid will not close all the way with reusable K-cups. Will not close even with the Keurig branded ones. This is only cosmetic it seems though. Functionality seems unchanged. When i use this coffee maker the LED lights in the kitchen will flicker. The previous model did NOT do this and had similar wattage rating and a grounded plug. The wattage is listed on this newer machine is 1520W. the only other thing on the same circuit is the LED lights. This coffee maker does NOT have a grounded plug. Maybe this is why the lights flicker? I got a great price on this for Black Friday time. The first one i got was DoA and would not turn on. It had very obviously been repackaged and retaped. Getting an Amazon chat associate is not as easy as it should be. The AI questions absolutely suck! I was able to finally get a rep on chat and they did make it right. Had UPS come and pick it up at my home which saved me a trip to the UPS store that has lines out the door. The new machine I received is working great so far!

Compact, Simple, Stylish
I have used Keurig machines at friends and family members, and we had them at work as well, but I have never had one of my own. This one is perfect for me. Nice, compact, stylish and came with everything including the water filter assembly and a filter. I had an awesome drip forever, and then when that finally kicked the bucket I did pour-overs for a year or so, but being able to just make a cup on the fly is really nice. I also found a coffee brand I really like with compostable "k-cups" which made me feel better about not using plastic or creating plastic waste. I know they make bigger and fancier ones, but this K-Supreme is an ideal size for one or two people who just want the coffee ... and the sale price seemed well worth it. Remember this one has the five spouts (ports) if you decide to get a do-it-yourself "k-cup" for your own grounds. I would highly recommend this machine if this is what you're looking for.

Life Changing
Life Changing! I used to be a coffee snob. At home I only drank freshly ground beans from other countries using ice cold water. Sumatran is my absolute favorite over the years. I had criterion for purchasing. But I am finding that I am older and have no energy for all that malarkey. So I wasn't even making coffee regularly! I decided to throw away my snobbery and think in a totally new way. I have considered single cup machines for awhile. I got rid of all my coffee prep items which forced me to get my Keurig. I just brewed my first cup! So easy to use! I don't have much counter space so I was looking for a slim machine. It was on sale for a reasonable price. When my friends come over we can take the entire station to wherever we choose to hang out inside or outside! I have graduated beyond cold water and freshly ground beans. I'm still going to use my own coffee but grind a bunch at a time. My life is becoming way too short to spend time on what has become a ridiculous burden. I can rise in the morning, fill my Kcup, and in no time flat I am in my favorite chair sipping lovely coffee. A gift from God.

Great product but it stopped working after 8 months. The warrantee was honored.
I've used Keurig coffee makers for many years. I really like the K-Supreme. It's compact, brews a cup of coffee quickly, has a strong brew option and I like having the serving size options (4, 8, 10 and 12oz). The problem I had is it stopped working after 8 months - it would not power on. Granted I used the coffee maker a lot - 5 to 6 cups a day - but it should last longer than 8 months. My guess, and it's just a guess, is the thermal fuse went - there was a slight "burnt electronics" smell when it stopped working. Keurig did honor the 1 year warrantee and shipped me a brand new replacement unit at no cost and I did not have to return the defective unit. A word of warning, I had to prove the unit was purchased on Amazon and shipped directly by Amazon. Apparently, Keurig may not honor the warrantee if the unit was purchased from a third party seller. The warrantee claim process was challenging at best. The call center is most likely overseas. Information like your email address is repeated back to you in a Alpha Charlie Bravo manner. Even with that, the Agent got it wrong and I waited about a week for an email to start the claims process. A call back confirmand they had my email address wrong. I submitted the required proof of purchased information and my claim was denied. Another call resolved that when I pointed out the receipt showed I purchased the item on Amazon and I told the Agent I had additional proof the unit was shipped directly by Amazon. My claim was then approved and I received a brand new replacement with all accessories in about one week.

Great Until It Isn't
Great right out of the box. More features than the household could possibly use, so experimenting with styles of brews was an added bonus! Always consistent performance, made great cups of coffee. Until it didn't. About 1.5 years into everyday use, it just stopped working. For the overall cost, it is not unreasonable to expect it to last 3, even 5 years, if not much more. Unfortunately, not the first time Keurig coffee maker has not lasted more than 2 years. No heavy use, just daily. Routinely cleaned and maintained, even following the manufacturer's schedule for cleaning and descaling. Makes a great cup of coffee, just not for very long.

Makes great strong coffee.
I like this Keurig coffee machine. I like the matte white finish as it looks so clean. When you have the unit sert for strong coffee, it does make strong coffee which I enjoy. It is quiet and works quickly. It is very stylish.

No me gusta la falta de instrucciones para iniciar su uso correctamente. La falta de cápsulas y el nombre de ellas de acuerdo al tipo de cafe’ de su contenido.
