I know there are not a lot of information out there what size speakers that fits door factory speakers for your VW Jetta. It's 6.5. The factory speakers is in the spacers so I have to also buy a spacers for these speakers. I got the Metra Universal one inch spacer rings. Like all VW, the factory speakers are not screwed in, it is rivet. So you have to take your time taking them them off, other than that it is not bad. This is a very good replacement for it. Sounds way better than the factory speakers. It is only a couple weeks and I am still with the breaking in stage. But if you are looking for a good upgrade, you can't go wrong with this sets if four and good for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars 2013 Chevy Cruze *by C***0 on Reviewed in the United States on October 14, 2018* My factory speakers weren't terrible, but they certainly weren't good. I had to turn the bass and trebble all the way up to get any separation, but then the midrange would get muddy, and voices would become blurred and muffled. Tuning out the midrange only made them sound thin and empty. I could get it to work, but it was never quite perfect. After I installed a Kicker factory-fit subwoofer (unamplified) there was a noticeable gap in the sound between the low end and the sub. I needed an upgrade.Before I go on let's agree on some terminology. Treble is the right side of a piano keyboard (tink tink tink) and bass is the left side (bong bong bong). Midrange is (obviously) in the middle, and is also the range where most speaking voices are heard. What many people call bass is actually sub-bass: the rumble or thump that you feel as much as hear. You'll need a subwoofer for that.These Kicker speakers cover that keyboard range beautifully, with ample separation between highs and lows. The bass is full and rich, and trebble is crisp and bright (not brassy or tinny). Midrange is remarkably clear, so voices are unmuffled and distinct. There's no-longer a gap between the bass and the sub-bass. I was able to tune the EQ back to flat and it sounded almost perfect.As I said I'm not running an amplifier, just the factory head unit, but these are still loud and clear. I played Gosh by Jamie XX with the volume on 30 (max is 50) and when the bass hit it caused physical pain. The music was loud but still clear and undistorted.I should note that the units sent to me were model number 43DSC6504, an updated version of the listed model. They also arrived ahead of schedule.
