Good for pasta or making rice noodles.
I purchased this for my mother who loves to make pasta. She has the big clunky pasta maker but I found this to be just as effective and maybe even faster. She rolls the pasta dough out and just runs this across and it's perfect!

Just need to practice with it!
This cutter creates a beautiful lattice top that you cannot create without this tool. It's not easy to use but with practice I've gotten pretty good at using it. One important thing about using this tool is that the dough has to be cold/chilled. Also, it's much easier to use this tool on puff pastry than the regular pie dough.

Lattice Dough Cutter works like a charm!
Worked like a charm- make sure your pie dough has cooled in the refrigerator first- after rolling the lattice dough cutter over the top crust pull on it slightly to reveal the lattice.

Doesn't work with pie crust dough- but great for other doughs
This product cuts well, but the lattice was very hard to work with. It kept falling apart. I have tried this tool on various doughs and found it to work best with puff pastry dough.

Great texture tool...:)

Up in the air
I found this to be a little too narrow for my purposes. I realize the dough stretches wider after perforation, but it's still not wide enough when I make a deep dish pie or when I make Beef Wellington. Don't know if I'll use it again, as I like to make very decorative tops which can be more easily done with cutouts.
