It's especially handy that the handle unscrews which helps both for cleaning and also if you want to save space when storing the item.It's definitely a good idea to give the pizza peel a good coat of semolina or similar before transferring the pizza to it to allow the pizza to easily slide off into the oven.The first time I used it I made the rookie mistake of adding the toppings to the pizza whilst it was on the paddle which resulted in some suction between the pizza base and paddle and making it difficult to transfer the pizza into the oven. Now I top the pizzas on a well floured wooding chopping board and only slide the the pizza peel underneath it when it's ready to go in the oven.Once the pizza base has cooked a bit in the oven it is nice and easy to slide the peel under the pizza in the oven to allow you to rotate the pizza when needed and remove and serve it when it's finished. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Value for money *by U***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 July 2023* Good quality product ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars foldable *by S***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 August 2023* It was a welcome gift.
