Wow, I am seriously impressed with the flavor and the "crispy crunch" of these! I love chips, but they don't love me back. I was missing them badly, and these seed crackers scratch that itch perfectly without spiking my glucose like corn chips do. I’ve been eating them with hummus, salsa, and guacamole. They are about as thick and sturdy as a corn chip, so they hold up to dipping without breaking apart. Flavor-wise, they strike the perfect balance—tasty enough to stand on their own, but not so overpowering that they ruin the dip. When I first opened the bag, I was a little suspicious because they looked like they might have a "hard" crunch rather than a "crispy" one, but I was totally proven wrong. Oddly enough, I also found that I didn't overeat them. With regular chips, I can mindlessly polish off a whole bag, but just a few of these with some dip leaves me feeling satisfied and full, thanks to the great protein profile. They’re a little on the pricey side, but honestly, I’d gladly pay the premium to not have to make crackers from scratch on the weekend. It frees up my meal prep time for other things. Absolutely worth it!

Disappointed. Three packages only 1 intact. Everything broken up into pieces. Very expensive purchase for that. These need to be shipped and/or packaged better.

These are super healthy, check out the ingredients. It took me a few times to get really used to the taste, not bad just different, they’re good with peanut butter

Tastes great but arrived smashed so no full crackers - just pieces. You need better packaging.

My Ella‘s Flats arrived as crackers, which I guess is a bonus. While accustomed to eating healthy, I believe I could’ve gotten a similar taste directly from my bird feeder. I did not care for them and my husband will not eat them. In addition, it’s 170 cal for three small crackers due to the seeds/nuts base. The taste does not balance the price.

These are so good! I can see myself getting hooked on them. Great for keto diet also. Great flavor, perfect crunch.
