No Software available in UK to support using these Sensors. So Sensors are useless in the UK

This product is not supported in the UK, it will only work in the US. After a lengthy telephone conversation with the Google Nest Customer support and many transfers to the correct engineers it was identified that this product has no software support in this country. Basically it does not work in the UK and cannot be linked to the Nest products.

This is the most worthless purchase I have ever made! Apparently it's not compatible for use in the UK or Europe! I live in the UK, so I can't use them. Not told any of this when we bought them. How can something be sold in the UK that doesn't work in the UK? Very confused and angry. Waste of money and time!!

This is a US product, and is not compatible with UK/EU Nest devices. It will not work in any way, and you will have wasted money. This item should not be listed on Amazon UK. Long have Nest users asked for this item to be released in the UK, but Nest/Google have never done so. No idea why, as it's a great product. TLDR: If you are a UK Nest Thermostat owner, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It simply will not work. I hope this helps somebody, and saves them both money, time and stress.

I’m extremely happy with the Google Nest Temperature Sensor 3 Count Pack. Setup was quick and easy, and the sensors connected seamlessly with my Nest thermostat. They do a great job helping maintain a more comfortable temperature in different rooms throughout the house, especially bedrooms and offices that tend to run hotter or colder than the main living area. The sensors are compact, modern-looking, and blend in nicely with the room décor. I also appreciate how accurate and responsive they are when adjusting temperatures based on occupancy and time of day. Having three sensors included makes it easy to balance comfort across multiple rooms without constantly adjusting the thermostat manually. Overall, this is a great addition to any smart home setup and definitely worth it for improved comfort and better temperature control.

Doesn't work in the UAE. Trying to add it via the Nest App shows that the thermostat needs a software update even though the thermostat is at the latest version. Searching on Nest Community forums reveals that this sensor only works in the US and Canada. If you really need multi-room sensors for your smart thermostat don't buy Nest. Ecobee would be a better choice. I regret buying the Nest one....

That said, I’m giving it four stars instead of five because there’s no built-in option to average data from multiple sensors. This means I have to choose a single sensor to drive the system at any given time, which isn’t ideal for homes with multiple temperature zones. Being able to blend readings from different areas would make the system far more effective. In summary, this sensor is a solid choice for those looking to fine-tune their home's climate control, though it could benefit from smarter multi-sensor capabilities.

I installed these for a friend's house. It was easy to install and set up. They only work for the Nest Thermostat if you were thinking about buying these sensors for any other thermostat. You can use the Nest app to change the Nest thermostat reading to whichever room so you can adjust the temperature. Otherwise, there's nothing else these sensors do beside reading the temperature. They use 1 CR2 3V Lithium battery so it should last at least a year. You can have up to 6 sensors for each compatible Nest thermostat. However, I have tried to add another sensor for my friend and wasn't able to. That sensor may be bad and will try another.
