It is worth the extra hundred. I bought the lower priced one, and it is a major pain to try to figure out how to strike an arc in different situations. Rather than rig things up so it will strike with the circle cutter and a straight line cutter, I decided to abandon the lower priced model and make it easier and better on myself. I mean, how many hours would I work extra to make the lower priced one work vs. paying the $100? **Q: Does this come with a 110 plug?** A: The one I received did not. It was a 220 plug. No option for 110 plug at that time.
