SYNCWIRE Optical Cable for Soundbar 3.3ft [24K Gold-Plated, Ultra-Durable] Digital Optical Audio Cable for Home Theater TV

My soundbar system had a weak sounding treble and it would not adjust louder. I replaced the optical cable provided with the syncwire cable and the treble was boosted up. I then lowered the already rich bass a little and now I have an even sound. The cable is quality made (twice as thick) and the connectors are beefy and yet they fit. The cable has a quality look and feel. It's a value for the money. The plastic see through covers on the connectors offer protection and are tethered to the cable so you can cover them again if it's necessary.

I bought and LG sound bar. It came with a thin junk Audio cable. I hooked everything up and of course the sound bar would not work. I started to think I got a faulty sound bar, and should have went with the Sony, but that thin POS Audio cable looked suspicious. Before attempting to disconnect and haul the sound bar back to Costco for a refund, I order this audio cable to see if my suspicion was right. I hooked this audio cable in, and Boom, huge sound coming from my sound bars. Works great, and still working. Quality looks good too. More than double the size of my included LG one, and with the gold tips. Very sturdy. If you need an audio cable, don’t hesitate to get this, even though it is a few dollars more that that Amazon basics and other cheapies, you get what you pay for with this.

I needed new Toslink cables to reconfigure an optical audio patchbay in my studio, so looked around for a couple of days reading specs of the various cabling generally available. Specs were audio quality, cable build quality and of course price points... in that order. These cables made the 'short list' for purchase due to the price (obviously) and the perceived quality from the description and product images. Ultimately, I purchased these cables with the mindset that these were well constructed at a very good price point... only question would be the audio quality for obvious reasons until I could actually test and listen for myself... And they did NOT disappoint - hence the 5 star rating. Upon receipt and unpackaging, it was apparent right away they were robust with nice fitting connectors. The 'rubberized' cable outer jacket is extremely rugged and should last the test of time. They're also easy to work with, not too stiff as to present issues when using cable management accessories. The audio... when testing it was stellar with extremely LOW latency, exactly what I was after. Verdict for me, these check ALL the boxes on my requirements list and I'm sure they'll work for anyone doing audio and/or video work. Great 'Bang for the Buck' factor and I'm glad I found them... as I'll be purchasing 6-12 more in the near term future.

So.. you want to buy an optical cable. You think oh it's no big deal, just another cable. This would normally be true but optical cables are peculiar. The number one problem is that they don't always fit and can fall out of the device you plug it in. You can read about it in reviews of other cables or online. I bought a optical cable for 15 dollars, name brand, Phillips and it had this problem. It would fall out of what I plugged it in and i couldn't use it. 1. This optical cable works, it fits snugly in what you plug it in. 2. Sound is fine. 3. It is higher quality than other cables. Other cables are very thin, this has multiple layers of shielding. Also if you register it you get a 2 year warranty.

I've been using the Syncwire Digital Optical Audio Cable for a few weeks now and I'm really impressed with it. The cable is well-made and feels very sturdy. I use this Optical Cable for taking the optical audio output from my Samsung TV into a DAC that provides a headphone output. The connection is firm & solid with a nice audible click when inserted. The cable has a smooth TPU shielding that protects the cable and allows it to be flexible. The connectors are gold plated and have a solid plastic shielding around them. It is quite a thick cable because of how much shielding their is around it, so you've got piece of mind its not going to break or have any interference. The cable comes with covers to protect the optical fibre connections whilst not in use, which is necessary due to how delicate fibre optic cables can be. After listening to some music & playing some games, I had crystal clear sound with no hissing or audible ground noise. When you're shopping for audio cables, the general rule is you have to be careful not to opt for cheaper cables because they can degrade your sound quality. As this is a digital connection, there are other things to worry about such as interference and signal degradation. Thankful, this cable is very well and wont be affected by these issues. I'd highly recommend these.

今回、３メートルの物を購入しましたがオプティカルケーブルと思えない程のしなやかさと柔軟性があります。 これまでに多くのオプティカルケーブルを使ってきましたがこれほどしなやかな物は初めてでした。 通常のオプティカルケーブルだと、プラスティックの細い棒みたいな感じで反発性が強く、曲げると折れてしまいそうな感じですがこのオプティカルケーブルはコマの紐の様なしなやかさがあり取り回しの自由度が大変高いと思いました。ケーブルの太さは３Ｃ同軸ケーブルより少し細い感じとオプティカルケーブルとしてはかなり太いですが柔軟性は非常に高いと思います。 耐久性については使い始めたばかりなのでこれからに期待です。

Mi affido principalmente a SYNCWIRE in ambito professionale perchè i prodotti sono affidabili, resistenti e soprattutto BELLI esteticamente. Questa volta ho acquistato questo cavo ottico ad uso DOMESTICO, per sostituire il vecchio cavo ottico che collegava il TV all'HOME THEATRE (foto in allegato), rottosi internamente a causa di una piega. CONFEZIONE: arrivato puntuale con corriere, si presenta nella classica confezione SYNCWIRE. All'interno troviamo anche un piccolo manuale di utilizzo. CAVO: Diciamo che non è un cavo che passa inosservato, la guaina isolante è molto spessa, ma sorprendentemente flessibile. Anche i connettori sono di dimensioni modeste, ma molto belli esteticamente e dotati di cappuccio protettivo (indispensabile per lo stoccaggio di chi lo utilizza per installazioni non stabili). PROVA: Il collegamento funziona come dovrebbe. Conclusione: Diciamo che rispetto al precedente cavo ottico non vi sono stati miglioramenti acustici particolarmente evidenti, ma lo consiglio vivamente per la sua affidabilità (basta vedere i 2 cavi a confronto in foto per farsi un'idea). Consigliatissimo in ambito professionale, ma adatto anche ad un uso domestico.
