First - I couldn't figure out how to adjust the weight but I was really over-thinking it. Just leave it in the holder and turn the black grip handle to the right (clockwise). There is a button on the holder that fits into a hole on the weight to release it so that it's safety-proof. I kept trying to adjust the red part, lifting it up, etc. Just turn the red part to the weight you want, grip the black handle, don't move it out of the holder, turn it to the right, and it will click into place. Others probably have no problem, but I kept trying to adjust it like other sets I've had.I like this set as it's easy, adjustable, sturdy, and I feel comfortable with it while working out. I've seen other reviews that have an issue with it being in kilograms, but I don't mind that and kind of like it as it forced me to go up in weight a bit. So as an example, instead of lifting 5 lbs, I'm lifting 6.6 lbs (the 3 kilogram setting)!Great value.

These weights are great. Others are correct in saying the weights clink together but it feel super stable and hasn't fallen off once. I'm not bothered by the kg, I just have a piece of tape on them to tell me the pounds. Sometimes, it takes a second to get one of them to change but it's not very long at all. It still moves. Considering I've only seen one other product similar to this and it only included one dumbbell for the price of this pair, I'm extremely satisfied.

Great set of weights. No assembly. Just take out of the box to use. The weight measures are in Kg but I used masking tape to write pounds. The increments are a bit strange 4lb 7lb 10lb 13lb & 17lb . Handle is easy to click. They are slightly big for the exercises I’m doing but ok with that. Plastic caddy seems stable. Glad I got these weights to add on to my routine.

Great set of dumbbells. Easy to change weights, confortable grip and excellent price for the set. Best investment in exercise equipment during these times. Great for HIIT workouts.

Got this set for my wife for Christmas and she loves it.Because it's metric the weight increments are less so it's more practical for her to use in her workout.

At first use one of the weights would not release as desired. Had to scrape off the excess paint to get it to release freely. After some use the rotation is sticky and hard to set properly, and finally one of the weights fell off on my toe!! Not recommended!!

I love the ease of use and range of weights built in to one set of dumbbells. Perfect for home workouts!

One of the locks finally broke so I can't adjust weight on one dumbell. Worked for almost 3 years...
