My son is very good at math and I thought it would be better if he could practice more! We love this book! Its been one of must does at nights

This book is great and I just came back to order the following grades only to realize there are no more in this series. That’s such a bummer!!! I don’t write reviews but I’m sad the author didn’t publish more of these. My kids need help practicing the basic concepts public schools gloss over. They are smart and understand what they are taught at school but lack of drills means they’ve made it to 10 without having their math facts memorized. This book helped a lot.

Lot of pages for kids to practice at home

High quality math material. I’m currently using it for my homeschooled 3rd grader. It’s definitely improving her “math fluency” as the cover claims, meaning she’s become much more “automatic” at the way she flows with her mathematics. This is important to me because I personally know math is so much easier to progress with when the basics are automatic. There are some pro tips at the beginning of the book about making math a better part of our routine too. Very good to find this item! Definitely better than the online-only curriculum we’ve been doing for a while.

My 6 year old has gotten about halfway through the book. It's a good level, but I see at this point it goes into 6-9 multiplication table which is a bit tough. We'll skip these pages for now.There is a 10x10 area for your child to colour in one square every time they finish a page - I looked up a 10x10 pixel image and numbered each square and designated a pencil crayon to each number. This way he is really excited to reveal his secret picture!
