What does the adjustable strap look like? Is it the plastic with holes or the fabric style?

It is fabric style with an adjustable buckle.

What are the size measurements? Both circumference and the height (from crown to ear).

The crown to ear on mine measures 7”. The circumference is unnecessary since the cap is adjustable.

Is the swoosh on the white cap navy, or black?

I'm not sure what the "swoosh" is, but I can definitely tell you the whole cap is black, and it's an amazing gift for a nike loving hat wearer.
