Excellent support for heavy lifting and active work
I bought this brace for extra lumbar protection when lifting heavy boxes at work and working around the house, and it holds up amazingly well. It firmly supports the core and lower back, reminding you to lift with your legs and maintain proper form. The reinforced stitching and heavy-duty elastic haven't stretched out or frayed after months of regular use. A must-have safety tool if your daily work involves heavy lifting or repetitive bending!

Finally got to enjoy the long walks on my Disney trips!
If you are one like me who goes to Disneyland or Disneyworld and you feel like your lower back feels like splitting in half! I recommend This Back brace. Have wore it for 4 long days and have been a blessing! No back pain! Slim enough that you can’t even tell you are wearing it. It also helps for tummy tuck hehehe. It comes with an extra Velcro piece, that’s very useful. Overall I give it 5+ stars because it’s durability, comfort and it has another elastic strip to tighten the brace, amazing!

Works well and good value but only fair durability
Back alignment / support and design was pretty good but Velcro quality is only fair. It doesn't seem it will last as long as others. I would recommend for back pain relief more than helping with lifting weight properly.

FINALLY a product that works!
FINALLY! I tried several girdles/waist trainers/slimmers/etc and none of them were strong enough to hold in my tummy. Although this product is mainly a back brace, it works perfectly at holding in my gut and slimming my profile. As an added bonus it also does provide good back support. It basically has 2 levels of tightening. The 1st is where the left side of the brace lies against your stomach. Then the right side folds on top of that and sticks to velcro. Then it has the extra straps you see in the pictures, that allow you to really cinch this thing nice and tight. It's comfortable to wear. Just enough firmness to support but enough flex so I can move naturally instead of looking like a robot when i walk. Its also a lot more breathable than the other waist slimmers that intentionally make you sweat. And I wore a very light tshirt over it and its very discreet. Cant tell im wearing it. I couldn't be happier with this thing.

Well worth it
This is exactly what I was looking for work. Its fits under my cloths. It helps to keep my sciatica pain level down when bending. While trying to bend it doesn't shift up and down which a plus. Breathable and very comfortable. Lastly the straps design are perfectly, I am going to buy another for just incase this product sells out

Looks well made, but the sizing was too small. Will have to reorder.
Will have to reorder as the sizing is WAY off. Now to return it. Looks like a good product, but once I receive the correct size, I will leave another review.

WAY better than expected!
I COULD NOT be more excited about this product. Short story I was having lower back pain all week decided to give this product a try. I was in a lot of pain so first I got one from target, but this one is far superior in many ways see attached photo.Things I loved that are not mentioned by the company if on the fence:1) this brace is tapered so it's much narrower in the front and doesn't push my belt when sitting, also creating less bulk in the front.2) I'm gay and was worried about it making me look fat if worn under clothing NOPE!! I can't even see it (obviously don't wear skintight shirt). material is soft and not itchy on my skin3) There are 4 support "beams" in the back part of the brace which are by default straight. Def curve all 4 of them by hand to shape of your back it stays how you bend it (see picture included)4) size is accurate! I'm a 32 in waist and the med is perfect size for me.I don't write many reviews but I couldn't skip out on saying how much better my back feels with this brace. Not only is it cheaper than the one I bought at target, this one offers way more support to my back and less bulky around the waist. Highly recommend will update review if anything changes!

Great Support for Lower Back Pain
I love this product. It helped relieve my lower back pain and allowed me to keep working out at the gym while recovering from an injury. Now that I’m feeling better, I still use it during leg workouts and cardio. It provides great support and comfort.
