Great flavor
This seasoning is very good for mixing with pork shoulder or pork butt for making brats,has a very good flavor and tastes better than major brand name brats.

Witts brat seasoning is the best around, have made hundreds of pounds over the past few years with this seasoning.

Really good stuff.
Really good stuff...0.32 ounces of spice for each pound of meat and you have wonderful sausage. Almost perfect blend of spices and just right on the salt. Nice job Witts, I'll be purchasing this product again.
