These worked great for a family member who was flying and only needed one syringe of their prescribed medication for the trip. We made a label with the basic information and brought the pharmacy insert. It fit perfectly though aligning the plunger without spilling took good eyes. I think the clear design was the way to go.

I take a weekly injection and these were perfect for my last trip. I was able to fill the syringe and lock it in place inside the case. I did put some small rubber bands around them just because I was paranoid but honestly I didn’t need them. The lids snapped on but are still easy to open and keep your prefilled syringes safe in your cold storage container.

This portable insulin carrying case is great for anybody looking to safely secure and protect their insulin syringes whether they are pre-filled or not. I love that it comes with two of these cases. I administer TRT injections every other day. I take my shots in the AM. I like to be able to roll out of bed and have my shot ready. So I pre-fill my syringe the night before. I've been looking for something with a hard shell that will hold my syringe in place. This product does just that. I like the many slots as they assure that the plunger will not be depressed and lose medication if bumped. I use EasyTouch 27G 0.5cc 1/2-Inch Insulin Syringes, and they fit perfectly. I also travel for extended weekends, and I think this will be a great option for those weekends. That way I won't have to worry about bringing all my of medications and syringes. I'll just throw these in a little travel kit with my prep pads. Room for Improvement: I took off one star because they feel slightly unfinished and cheap. Only one side of the case has the slots which maintain the plunger's position. The other side has nothing. I would feel better if both had those slots to really lock it in. I also wish there were some adapters that you could use to 'snap' the syringe in place. The syringe does fit, but it is not a snug fit. The syringe shakes and rattles quite a bit. There is definitely some wiggle room. Lastly, the clasping mechanism used to close the case does not feel entirely secure. And I don't like how they send cheap rubber bands to compensate for that. You can see in my pictures that that case does not have a good seal. But overall, it is a good value for two cases. I would maybe give it 4/5 stars if it came with three considering how cheap the material and build quality is. I think this is for those who are looking to store their pre-filled syringe somewhere for a very short term. I would recommend these. They have room for improvement, but I am still happy with my purchase as they are.

This product does exactly what it says it does. If you need to carry pre-filled syringes with you for travel purposes, these are a must have. They safely enclose capped syringes in a heavy-duty plastic case. There are notches for the barrel flange to sit in so that it keeps the syringe from moving around. It's a great tool to have.

I use these when i need to take my insulin on short day trips. I have a vial of insulin that I store as a backup to my flex pens. When I take day trips I use my insulin syringes and store them in these containers. I don't want to take and break my flex-pens. These are very protective cases. Storing them in many various locations.

Wrong size shipped or is a bs product. Barley holds the syringe, and can only be filled to 0.5 \ 1 or can't close case. Worthless product

Not as described. Comes as two tiny plastic tubes worth maybe 50 cents for both. Do not buy!
