These anti-gravity boots are excellent! They're super comfortable, very secure, and easily adjustable to different sizes. I weigh 60 kg, but they've been used by people up to 100 kg with no issues. Highly recommended for workout and strech your body.

Yeahhhhh, these are legit. Spend the extra money and grab these over the cheaper options on Amazon. I’m 2 weeks into hanging and I’m up to 5 minutes comfortably upside down . It’s been a wonderful experience thus far and I look forward to the long term results.

As a fitness professional, business owner, and father of 4, I’m always focused on maximizing the time I have for efficient exercise and recovery. I incorporate overhead hangs and inverted hangs. I’ve been using a Yoga Hammock for my inverted hangs, which works jus fine. I’ve use the Teeter Table as well, that hurts my ankles and feet. These gravity boots are awesome. No discomfort using them and I’m able to hang for a solid 3-5 minutes. Absolutely recommend if you’re looking to get solid hanging for recovery, or even inverted crunches and hamstring curls!

These are very well made and allow one to have confidence that they will not fail while hanging helplessly upside down. I do think the straps could be improved upon. I have a pair of Monkey Feet and feel that a ratchet system like they used would make these both easier to take on and off and even more secure.

These pair of boots feel really Sturdy and well made. Please keep in mind that you've to have some athletic habilities to use them correctly. I strongly recommend that you use them and practice with a friend or a gym partner just in case you cant "unhang" yourself from the bar.

Having Lower back issues for over 20 years, and after having double hernia surgery just half a year ago, I'm still not pain-free. Turning 40, getting desperate for a solution, started looking into alternative methods.My physiotherapist is also my CrossFit instructor, and he had me hanging upside down from a roman bench. The hyper extension was one of the few exercises that releases the tension on my discs. From the roman bench, it was a small step to get the Gravity boots. Releasing pressure from the discs, and stretching the lower muscles gave me sufficient decompression that I can say it beats every painkiller known to me.First-time use is getting a bit used to it, check out out the tips on youtube on how to get into the hooks, and more important, and to get out of the hook. My tip is to put a rope or towel over the bar so you can pull yourself up. My first session was about 30 seconds, made small twists en hollow-arche movements. WORLD OF DIFFERENCE after JUST 30 seconds..

This was the third pair of these that I've purchased since the late 1990s. They are durable & provide a relatively safe way to hang upside down. The hooks on the font of the boots allows user to hang from a straight bar. If you get stuck, you can always climb up along your own legs. Better deal than purchasing one of those teater tables, although these can be used with the teater table. As years of use goes by, the inner cushion gets slightly softer & they gradually become less comfortable to use. I do 2 different exercises while hanging upside down, crunches & reerse squats, & the hurt from the boots is often the limiting factor for the duration I can exercise that way.

I had a pair of these years ago and they were extremely comfortable. The change in design has made these uncomfortable and really hurt around the ankles. I wish that I had the old pair again.Update below:I needed to go up to the XL size, I am not a big guy so I would suggest for men just go with the XL from the start. The previous editions did not have multiple sizes (if memory serves correctly), these have a bit of a different design as well. These are comfortable and I am able to hang for multiple minutes without any pain.
