It does work, but nothing about it stood out as “miracle” level to us. For basic cleaning around a dorm room or kitchen sink, it didn’t perform any better than what we already use. The texture is smooth and easy enough to apply, and there’s a light scent that’s not overwhelming. It arrived well-packaged with no issues, and the materials feel standard for this type of product. I know people who swear by this, so it may depend on how you’re using it. I could see it being more useful for tougher jobs or different surfaces.
