ProsourceFit Ki Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set with Linen

Takes some getting used to, but as my husband put it “I have no clue how it works, but this really works.” This mat is great and relieves numbness in my hips and back. I feel significantly better after just 5 minutes of laying on it. My very skeptical husband who whines about stiffness and tension tried it and I now have to fight him for time to use it. I think it is worth every penny.

I’m really happy with this ProsourceFit acupressure mat and pillow set. It’s easy to use at home and provides a relaxing experience after a long day. The mat and pillow feel well-made, and I like that I can use them together or separately. It took a little time to get used to the pressure at first, but overall I’ve enjoyed using it. Great addition to my relaxation routine!

Awesome little acupressure mat, identical to the mat costing a few hundred dollars. Hurts at first, but definitely brings pain relief to my back. Also really liked the shape of the pillow, vs the half circle shape offered with other mats on amazon

This would have received 5 stars if the points were not quite so sharp. This product requires care. I wouldn't have it out in a room with small children or pets. Laying on it does release tight muscles, and using the pillow under my neck works wonders at relieving those tight muscles from "tech neck".

Been using everyday for two weeks. I use an Apple Watch and really pay attention to the sleep score and the quality of that sleep to gauge my rest. I sleep well in general, but, I don’t get enough deep sleep, and that is a big concern for me. As a daughter and granddaughter of persons with Alzheimer’s knowing that sleep and deep sleep are just one of many areas to actively prioritize. I’ve been working on ways to increase that percentage. I never drink caffeine, don’t eat late, etc. significant increase from day 1 for deep sleep and rem sleep. Talking going from an average of 30-40 minutes deep sleep to well over an hour. I am not going lie, that was exciting for me as this is something I’ve been working on for years. Hoping this continues on this path and not just temporary response and that my body may acclimate. Unclear if that will be the case. The first two days. It was holy heck for the first 2-3 minutes. And then deep breathed and relaxed right into it. After the 1st week, the coverage in beginning but almost enjoying. The area by tailbone and just below are terribly sensitive. At the very bottom sometime it’s just too much and I’ll put a pillowcase recover that last row of pressure points. I’ve fallen asleep on it twice now, and thought I’m the beginning that the reviewers that mentioned they were full of it and there is no way to fall asleep on this torture device lol. But apparently not, since I totally have too.So first 3 days I was able to do 15 minutes, and then from there are on, I have done a minimum of 20 minutes. I’ll update in a few months if I sleep a change in the deepness and quality of my sleep, meaning if it reverts to not enough. Fingers crossed it continues to provide a channel for lengthy deep sleep.

This is initially painful! However my husband and I, are in a lot of pain every day. Chronic pain and specific pain with exacerbations! Medication and I mean heavy duty meds can only do so much! This is helpful because even though you feel pain initially it then starts making you feel relieved and more relaxed! I did a lot of research on these and so far after finding a very expensive brand, I found this one for more than half the cost! Sleep also is much better I guess because our muscles are not as tight and as far as easy to use? I don’t know how much easier it could be! I absolutely love the bag it come in! You just take it out with the pillow, lay it on the floor and just lay on it in whatever position you want to start in! I usually spray the back of it since that part goes on the floor! I recommend this product for any one who has neck and back pain!

This mat works amazing and is priced perfectly! It’s my first mat and I am very pleased. Relaxes my stress and tension which in turn causes me to sleep like a baby. I’m obsessed.

I'm unsure how to rate this because my husband and I have had very different experiences. He found the typical initial pain and then some release. When I lay on it on my back, I don't feel it at all. I do feel it when I stand on it, but disappointed about the experience on my back.

I wanted a mat like this but didn’t want to spend the big big bucks for one of the other big brands. I’m so glad I didn’t! The quality of this one was surprising. It’s really good! Totally worth it! I love standing on the mat, I find it very relaxing. I have no complaints, I would definitely recommend.

Love the mat, it is of very sturdy and quality material, much less expensive than some of the mats but nothing less of a quality buy. Would recommend!

I was expecting this to be a real torture device, tried laying down on I t with a shirt on & was fine, have only used it for 1 day. will use it at night to try to relax before bed
