**Q: does this have the ability to go inside for internal hemoirhoids?**
A: Yes it is designed to fit inside the rectal area.  I haven't used it in this fashion, but I should imagine it's quite comfortable as there are no seams anywhere on the device, it's curved all the way around the insertable part as well, with no edges.

**Q: Does this go inside for internal hemoirhoids and how long does it stay cold?**
A: It can go inside if needed.  In all honesty I don't remember how long it stays cold.  After it would get warm I would wash and refreeze for another application.  It worked well for me.

**Q: Can someone explain the 3 different applicators? I did not receive them....**
A: There are no applicators, the description is misleading.  They are referring to the three different shapes-- it can be used internally with the antenna shaped one, or you can use the large or small rounded ends for external hemmrhoids.  Hope that helps.

**Q: Is this fsa/hsa eligible?**
A: It work well.
