Excellent gadget; very happy with it! The wide array of hole sizes is perfect for the plants that I’m harvesting. Not flimsy at all, good metal construction. Stripping collards was a lot easier with this tool than cutting the stems out with scissors! It was hard to take a video while using it, but I will post it anyway.

This is a great tool. It's large enough to hold and keep control of. It's heavier than ones I had before. One was so small I actually lost it, lol. Be careful because the cutter part that's right down the middle is sharp. I'm very glad to have it, especially with tiny thyme leaves to do. It's also very high quality which makes it so easy to use. The price is very good.

What a time-saver! This herb stripper works perfectly. Such a simple, well thought-out design. Small so it doesn't take up a lot of space in your kitchen drawer. Dishwasher safe.

This is a handy gadget that works well and fits in any drawer! I don't like to buy more gadgets if I don't have drawer space, but begin flat, this fits anywhere. There are different size holes so you can strip quite an assortment of herbs. I particularly like it for thyme because I find that the thyme stalks are very fragile and often break while stripping them with my fingers. They strip pretty easily with the sturdy little metal device!

I bought it for a commercial kitchen use, works but not on the "larger scale" of herbs I pick. Helps mostly with picking thyme leaves quicker.

No regrets- I feel like this is the product that smart people gravitate towards, because it's food-grade steel. No plastics that stain or accumulate bacteria because of the porous nature of plastics. This will hold up over time, and do it's job as well on day 852 as it did on day 1. Using this, I am able to de-leaf cilantro for storage in my fridge, 4x faster. If you need to strip leaves often, or strip large quantities, I would highly recommend this.

Particularly love being able to take thyme leaves off the stem

The tool is well made and solid, no issues with it. It is just that very few herbs lend themselves well to being stripped by a tool like this. We've tried dill, thyme, basil, coriander, nothing works really effectively. Stuff gets caught, stems break etc.

I like that it is durable. It seems to work well on small leaves like tyme.

Heavy stainless steel - sure to outlast any plastic versions of this. Several different size holes and it got here 3 days earlier than expected. Look forward to using this in the fall when I start harvesting herbs. Thank you!
