Absolutely essential recovery aid for my total hip replacement surgery. Well made and effective

This is HUGE! It goes from my head to my lower hips and works with my Arctic machine. I throw 2 frozen water bottles and it keeps cold water circulating all over my back and hips.

We purchased our machine in 2016 just prior to my knee replacement surgery. I was amazed at how easy it was to use this product and how much it helped in my recovery. Since then we have used it for multiple surgeries, have known two friends who have used it for multiple procedures, and the machine is still going without any complications. I use the machine today for pain management. It is versatile and very helpful in recovery no matter what the condition. I am so impressed not only with the machine, but with customer service for the business. I recently purchased a shoulder pad, and received a call from customer service saying shipping was estimated too high and they were refunding two-thirds of the cost to ship. They could have been dishonest and kept the extra. Their need to be honest and above board is outstanding. I am so impressed with the company, and with their amazing product. You cannot go wrong by getting this machine.

Good value for the money. Works well and helps foot/ankle heal.

I will note that this is LARGE and I put socks in the front toe area to help...that said it works well and did go up my ankle tall enough to help with a high ankle/low achilles strain...would be nice to have a smaller foot with a higher ankle/calf area.

My husband had a knee replacement and since using the shoulder ice pack after my shoulder replacement, I thought the the knee Polar Active pack for knees would help with his knee pain. My shoulder Polar Active Ice pack worked well. The knee Polar ice pack did very little to ease his pain. I would suggest getting the universal Polar Active pack for knee surgeries. I missed the window for sending it back. The Polar active ice machine works well and is easy to use for the right application. For my shoulder we would freeze 12 bottles. Use 6 bottles and when ice melted in bottles we would exchange it for the other frozen bottles. Then refreeze the exchanged bottles. The machine, with the bottles, kept the pack cold for up to 8 hours.

A great enhancement for my Polar Cooling System. This allows full encirclement of my surgically repaired knee and provides good cooling. The velcro straps are easy to use and provide good contact and coverage
