Nature Made Iron 65 mg (325 mg Ferrous Sulfate) Tablets, 180 Tablets

I get extremely exhausted before my period, way more than I do during and after my period to where I just lay on my bed and couch and... can't do anything. I physically feel so tired that even going to the bathroom to brush my hair feels like a huge task. I have tried other iron brands and they work fine, but that's the issue, I have to drive to the store to get the item. I appreciate that I can get a bigger bottle of iron sent to my door when I am so physically tired I cannot get up to perform basic tasks. Anyway, I also like that the pills are white compared to the green I usually get. If I don't need to eat an extra, unrequired color, I'm down for that. Actually, I have zero knowledge in this so don't take my word for it, but I have zero differences between white and green iron pills. The pill works as intended, I start to feel less groggy after I eat one, but that's the thing, it's like allergy pills, you have to keep taking it to feel better and prevent things before it starts. Anyway, it's also tasteless so very easy to down. I do feel much better on day 2 after eating the first pill, and it only improves from there. At least for me, it doesn't 100% cancel out the tiredness but I have enough energy to go on a 2 mile walk so it's a huge improvement. I couldn't find a huge bottle of iron pills at Costco, so this was the next best thing. Overall, great product as it helps me get some energy back, comes straight to my door, tastes like nothing and small enough for easy swallowing, and helps me feel better during my time of the month.

My iron levels drop on my period, giving me massive headaches and fatigue. I bought these to use around my cycle in hopes I wouldn't suffer. IT WORKS. UGH, so glad. Kicks in quickly too, since I forget when my period will start and often take the supplements the morning of the first day 😂

Does what is should. Makes your poop like charcoal bricketts. Very dark. Didn't know what was doing it at first but after reading up on it that is normal.

I’ve been taking this supplement for about three weeks, so it’s still too early to comment on the results. The capsules are easy to take, and I haven’t had any issues so far. I’ll need more time to see how well it works.

My hemoglobin levels went up quickly, but darkened my ****. That should have been a warning.

This supplement does appear to work. My Ferrous Sulfate count has improved after using for a month or so. Based on my results I do recommend.
