On ordering it you pick a flavor and MG. I am peppermint with 2.5 MG so a total every night I take 5 MG. I have never had to “up the dose” in all this time. For first time I took 1 MG and my next purchase was the 2.5. If you’re not sure what it will take for you try getting the 1 MG and work with the dosage until you find what you need. For my grandchildren above 12 if they are staying over I give them 1 MG and man do they sleep! When I had meetings I had to go to when they said anybody have a questions or comments? Up my hand went and told them all about this. Got many return calls thanking me, it changed their life! Just remember SOURCE NATURALS. I purchased Source Natural's Melatonin Sublingual tabs for help w my sleep. My cousin had turned me on to Source Naturals & my son loved the orange flavor & it had worked very well for him. We all have insomnia in my house, so we always have some kind of melatonin around. So, I reordered some when I ran out of my regular kind ran out. Idk if this is psychological or if there's a real difference because the orange flavor had worked so well for both my son & myself & why I recorded from this company. However, they didn't have the orange flavor available, so I got the peppermint. Now, this is where I'm confused. They don't seem to be as effective. Now instead of 2 I have to take 3-4(they're only 2.5 strength). Maybe it's that my tolerance went up or something. I know Source Naturals has a good reputation, so it's more likely my tolerance did go up. The peppermint flavor tastes is fine & they dissolve fairly quickly. I love melatonin & will continue to try Source Naturals & when they have the orange flavor back in stock, I'll definitely see if I have the same issue w that flavor. All in all, I think Source Naturals is a solid brand you can trust.
