Spent $1200.00 in consumables on this printer in 9 months. Don't let yourself get sucked into this. By a better quality printer. Also have had numerous problems with connectivity. WORST PRINTER I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!

You'll find out how to fix it AFTER you break it trying
They tell you NOTHING about how to use it OR set it up! These have a TAB on the drum that the toner cartridge MUST go under in order to insert you'll never figure it out w/o extensive research by that time you'll have broken the tab trying to insert toner ALSO the 2 rubber pickup wheels MUST be taken off and washed and dried before it's able to pickup/load paper. You'll just keep getting an error light and printer wont work until you clean them...EVEN IF THEY'RE NEW!! DEFECTIVE WHEELS...new replacements are GREEN..old defective ones are GREY...I spent six hours on phone with lexmark tech support he knew NOTHING about any of this My printer was NEW...finally got it to load had to remove the tab on the imaging drum it's working now but for how long who knows...I wouldnt recommend buying unless you want to spend half the night on the net looking all this up and probably STILL ruining your drum tab...I DID learn three new cuss words tho.
