There was no.Seal on the box and some of them look like they could have been open.I don't know how many licks.It takes to get to a tootsie roll pop but these are dumb dumbs. This was easy! My granddaughter is obsessed with lollipops, so I always keep a jar of these on hand. They're just enough to keep her happy but finish quick enough to avoid the messes made by bigger pops (i.e., hair, skin, home and auto carpet and upholstery).
