These taste lovely

They taste gross, but they definitely work! my ultimate hangover cure, one of these with an orange vitamin c tablet helps wake you up and feel energised. Personally i take them with a stanley bottle amount of water as the taste reminds me of watered down ice cream but to each their own. Great value compared to others

I got these due to the fact they were supposedly good for hangovers and rehydrating you. After having half a bottle of gin, I necked 3 pints of water and two of these in a pint of water. I woke up and my stomach was turning out stomach acid for 6 hours. One of the worst hangovers of my life. Soooo not great for them, maybe good for a placebo effect or those who drink less and don't suffer massive hangovers anyway but not for me. However, used them at home some days I felt dehydrated and a little weak and did seem to pick me up. So I think would work well for sports hydration and health generally.

This stuff is amazing! I had two each morning at Download festival, dropped into my water bottle, and it hugely helped with my hangovers! Mixes quickly, and tastes OK. It really does work!
