To use the convertable feature , you unzip 2 zippers on each of the sleeve-body junctions turning it from a jacket into a vest in about 20 seconds. Reattaching the sleeves takes a minute or two to zip up the 4 little zippers. The breathable fabric disipates body moisture during vigorous cycling remarkably well.
