So far it seems to be working. It was definitely worth the price! I did purchase extra add-ons, cup/phone holder and a hanging hook for bags. I think they should send cable ties with this so you have them to secure wires/cords. It is easily adjustable for people taller than I am (I am 6’ tall). It is very very solid and easily maneuverable. It comes substantially assembled with excellent instructions to guide you through what remains and how to use it. This was a big big improvement over other units I tried.This is the unit you want, hands down.Now for the disappointing news: it came with numerous scratches where the frame obviously got banged up after painting, and then someone did a crude job covering it up with touch up paint which didn’t completely match. Basically, it was scratched and patched in several places. It is carelessness on the part of the team who assemble these. If you paid a similar price for a bicycle, you would justly expect the paint to be new and without blemish. This unit really should have been advertised and sold as a factory reject. If I had purchased from a store, I would definitely have returned it for exchange.
