Framing Hammer - 22 oz USA Made Long Handle Straight Rip Claw Hammer with Milled Face & Shock Reduction Grip - E3-22SM

I'm leaving a review before I get this product. I used the 26 oz each swing for over 30 years. I have misplaced it it's probably in the tool shed so I decided to buy myself a new East wing this is a 28 Oz and it's a framing tool. I wouldn't mind another hammer these wings the best hammer that I've ever used so I know this is going to be the same quality. It'll be here today and I can't wait I've got some framing work to do. It's the only Hammer I trust I love East wing. Like I said it's the best camera I've ever used many people probably aren't buying hammers anymore a lot of people don't like to work. But trust me that 28 Oz wings going to put that nail in where I need it to be in two swings and I'm not going to wear my arm out. So just saying if you want a good hammer this is it.

I work in concrete and I have been using this hammer daily for months. This is an all around great hammer. The handle is long enough to get a good swing and I get plenty of leverage. I find it easier to get to nails in awkward spots. Feels nice and comfortable in my tool bag. I really like the weight and it’s enough to drive in a 3 inch nail with two good hits. It feels balanced and functions perfectly.

Great hammer. Use to own one when I worked construction. Other 24 oz was stolen. like that it is still made in the USA. Wish it was a 32 oz hammer. Nice handle. Old weight. Good balance. Just wanted an Estwing Hammer again. Reminds me of days past.

Quality product with long nicely cushioned handle. Long claws which some other hammers don't have. Like another tool the packaging was severely brocken which meant I nearly didn't rececive it.

Excellent hammer for my purposes. I wanted a rugged hammer for DIY projects at home. Here's a list of pros and cons: Pros: -- all metal construction, so VERY unlikely to break the handle -- handle has great grip and is comfortable -- milled face grips nails very well when striking Cons: -- heavy for prolonged use
