Blade is good for general metal cutting. It will cut hardened metal, but may shorten the life of the blade. It's a quality made blade that last a long time. Makes good smooth cuts. Had one on a saw for five or six years that cut a lot of metal. The bade was still cutting good until a coworker abused it on a bunch of hardened metal. It still worked, but was getting harder to cut with. A great blade that last a lot of cuts when used properly.

This is a real workhorse. I used it to cut 1.5 x 3 x 1/8 wall steel tubing for over 300 cuts and only lost 3 teeth. Blade still cuts well. I found that even with teeth chipped or missing it cuts just like new. The trick is to let the blade do the work and not force it. I ordered two of these and after about 400 cuts changed to the other new one. It is not recommended but I used the old blade to cut some heavy aluminum pieces and it worked just fine. Not quite a perfect edge but my application does not require that anyway. I still am using it to cut aluminum and even did a few steel cuts so I did not have to change blades and other than a somewhat rough finish cut just fine. I have used most other blades and the only one that performed like this was the Dewalt which costs a lot more. Just let the saw do the work and it will last a long time. I am looking into getting the teeth replaced and the blade sharpened, but at the price of a new one is hardly worth the hassle of getting it repaired. Great blade. I am using it on a Milwaukee dry cut saw.

We have tried cheaper blades and you get what you pay for. We use these in building construction and have cut about 100 4x4x.375 thick tubes like butter. Be careful cutting thin 14 gauge materials like purlins as it’s easy to break teeth off if the material comes loose.

When I received this blade it cut like butter. I was using it on a chop saw that runs about 3600 rpm. after 20 or so cuts on mild steel, the blade went dull, and fast. I decided the speed was too fast and ordered the Evolution saw that runs about 1800 rpm. With a new blade and a lower rpm, the new blade is lasting much longer.

Best metal cutting blade on the market. Reasonably priced and if you treat it right, it will last a long time.

Lasted literally 2 cuts and now won’t cut anything. Was cutting 2x2 1/4” thick angle iron. Contacted evolution directly and haven’t heard anything back. 95 dollars for 2 measly cuts.

Wow this Saw Blade is absolutely the best Blade I have ever used. I bought this Saw Blade from Amazon and to be honest it was a bit of a guess to see if it would fit my Makita Cold Cut Saw. Well, the good news it did fit and after about 100 cuts the quality is obvious for me to see as it cuts so good and of course no heat is generated. I really wish I had bought one of these Blades sooner as a quick search on any Google review website shows that Evolution Blades are the best Blades money can buy. I ordered my Blade on a Prime Sale and after a few days of use I quickly ordered a spare Bade. I will try to upload a few images of how clean the cut is from these Blades but my advice us that if you need a Saw Blade just order an Evolution Bade.

Evolution Power Tools verspricht nicht zu viel bei dem was das Sägeblatt können soll. Ich habe damit mehrere Flacheisen 40 x 6 mm und Vierkantrohre 40 x 40 x 2 mm gesägt. Ich nutze das Blatt mit einer Evolution R210SMS Kappsäge und die Ergebnisse sind perfekt. Standzeit wird sich noch zeigen aber nach dem ersten Dauereinsatz sehe ich da keine Probleme.
