Cook for 20 minutes then check for desired doneness. Really depends on your oven, whether it's convention, and how thick the bacon is. This pan is awesome for bacon and ESPECIALLY for reverse searing Ribeye steak. Best steak ever. Better than anywhere I've ever gone for steak. **Q: Can this handle 500 degrees?** A: Kind of. The pan warps at about 350 degrees but it will warp back when it cools off. Same as any cheap sheet pan. **Q: Can i cook a beef roast on this?** A: I suppose you could although I would use the bottom part of a broiler pan. Easier to work with and can hold the meat more securely. The checkered half sheet pan is certainly sturdy but the broiler pan allows me to turn or baste more easily. **Q: Has anyone had trouble with this pan "warping" at higher heat levels?** A: I’ve used this pan and rack to make thick sliced bacon and chicken wings @ 400 degrees and higher and never had any warping or twisting. Love it.
