Well made, works well, easy to put together, instructions for fitting good, fair value as well.

Allow time to put together and fit. The product is good, well made, and does the job- but- comes with absolutely no instructions. There are several QR codes on the packaging, none of which lead to any real instructions on how to fit the thing. We were working in a space just 1 inch larger than the minimum requirements of the product, so it wasn’t the easiest.For anyone working in a similar space- attach the arms and rail (not forgetting the pull down handle) BEFORE fixing anything to the wall. Attempting to move the mechanism without the arms in place is impossible, but fitting the arms once it’s on the wall (when working in a small space) is also very difficult. Once everything is in place and fitted the pull down mechanism works well and isn’t too difficult to push up and pull down, though it is a little stiff.Overall a good product and good value for the price, but not the easiest for a beginner DIYer.

This is when of those products that when you need it, you need it. We had an awkward space in our bedroom that was quite high up and this worked perfectly! Its adjustable to the size of the space and was quite easy to fit with the correct fittings.This can, however, be a bit heavy to push up when theres a lot hanging in it but otherwise its brilliant.

Quality is not good and it will hold not anywhere near 15kg. I weighed 15kg with a suitcase scale placed it on the rail and it is virtually impossible to lift. The photo shows it holding two shirts and I guess that’s about all it will manage. Not recommended. Buy cheap, buy twice.Update: Whilst I was unable to return this item to Amazon, as by the time I had installed it, it was outside of their 30 day return window, the supplier contacted me to resolve the issue. They assured me that the units are tested and will lift 15kg and mine must be a faulty item, as I had already fitted an alternative, they sent a free return label and immediately refunded me in full so overall I am very happy with the service.

This is ideal to make more hanging space. I have bought three so far for my wardrobes. Sturdy and good finish. Real easy to assemble and put in wardrobe.

Well engineered side plates and easy to fit but the variable width top rail is lacking in robustness . I've replaced it with a solid rail cut to suit my wardrobe.
